Snow Queen Miryam
Miryam, the Snow Queen, comes from The Island of Ice and Snow. When she was a child, a wise old wizard gave her the name Didi, which means "big sister", so now she has two names. She has a little brother, the elfchild Lucien, but she is also a big sister to all the children of the world. She appears wherever she is needed, whenever someone needs a kind heart to listen to their troubles.
Miryam is a famous storyteller in the Faerie Realms and children especially love to listen to her tales of magical happenings in faraway places. Like all faeries, Miryam has a streak of mischief and loves to go on adventures with her friend, the cheeky fairy Leonie. She gets into trouble with the other weather sprites, because she always wants it to snow in the mountains, so that she and Leonie can have some snowboarding fun.
