The Nature FaeriesTheir presence can be felt in huge old growth forests
Sandie & India like to dance and frolic amongst the flowersDid you know that there really are fairies at the bottom of the garden? it may be Sandie or India, Hannah, Aria or Tiggy you see, hiding amongst the foliage, or it may be one of the faeries from the legends. Pillywiggins are the English flower fairies who inhabit the beautiful old gardens, brimming with wild roses and hollyhocks. Tisanieres are the grandmother fairies who tend to the herb garden. In any garden where you perceive beauty, if you are very quiet, you may sense the presence of the faerie folk who are quietly tending to the plants. Of course, when no-one is around, the fairies come out to dance and frolic amongst the flowers. If you want your plants to thrive, try talking, or better yet, singing to the unseen faeries and watch what happens.
Legends abound of wood nymphs and sprites, devas who symbolize the spirit of the forest. Their presence can be felt in huge old-growth forests and it is worth a solitary sit amongst the greenery to feel their energy. Of course, the forest must be an untamed one to truly hold the nature spirits.

Fairy Tiggy
Once the trees have been cut, they disappear to other realms and it is just as easy to feel where they are not, as where they are.
If you are lucky enough to find a wild spot, sit awhile and listen - the nature spirits may whisper one of their secrets into your willing ear. They tell of a vast store of knowledge, of the sacred and healing herbs and flowers, for all who are patient enough to listen.
Nature Fairies love to stay up late, singing and dancing or riding through the night on the back of an owl. Listen closely next time you hear the hoot
of an owl in the evening. You just might hear a giggle, too.
